To initiate a return, go to the My Orders section in your account, select the return option for the item, fill out the online form, and check your email for the return confirmation with the shipping label. Print the label, drop off the package, or schedule a FedEx pickup. Your refund will be processed upon receiving the returned items at our warehouse.
REFUND POLICY

In the event that you opt for an exchange with a higher value than the items being returned, we kindly request you to place a new order for the additional cost and initiate the return of the original order for a refund. Conversely, if the value of the exchange is lower, we will promptly refund you the price difference.
